To the reader,
I have always held a negative view of blogs and online communities. I have always thought of them as vehicles for narcissism, because they only allow the viewer to see exactly what the creator wants them to see--a mask; but upon further contemplation I have come to the belief that this site will be rather therapeutic for me.
This site was created as an outlet for my thoughts, ideas, poems, and prayers. In a sense this is a public journal. Because it is public I will obviously not be as forthcoming with my raw feelings and emotions as I would be in a private diary, but this site is meant expose some of the thoughts and ideas that I am hesitant to repeat out loud. In other words, this is as close to my mind and my heart as I will allow a stranger to approach.
